Description

Qualification
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical) or Degree in HSE / OHS
Certification in IOSH, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 & 14001 Internal & Lead Auditor
Preferred to have Grad IOSH
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Fluent in English: written, reading, spoken
Ability to
§ Plan, organize, promote, and implement a comprehensive HSE program / plan
§ Work independently and meticulous
§ Evaluate information to determine compliance with Standards / requirements - Make decision and solve problems
§ Monitor HSE processes and Identify training programs and opportunities as needed
Knowledge of
§ Relevant QHSE Standards , HSE management Systems and execution on all relevant procedures
§ Problem solving methodology, Principles and techniques of employee training and audit
§ Extensive knowledge in hazard identification and risk assessment.
Special Requirements
§ Familiar with PDCA approach for continually improving processes , products or services and for resolving problems
Experience
6 years of Experience in HSE field
4 years of Experience in Construction Projects related to sewage pumping stations /treatment plants, deep excavations…

Strong Leadership , communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem solving and incident investigation skills
