Description

• Doing the vendor registrations.
• Applying for JSRS certification.
• Making quotations for Pneumatics, Compressor package,

Piping, Spare parts, AMC’s, and rental quotations.
• Creating sales order.
• Mentioning sales order on the shipping documents.
• Creating purchase order.
• Checking stock level of spare parts and request if needed.
• Creating internal documents for stock transfer (Dubai-Oman/ Oman-Dubai)

Sending email to Stores once shipment arrive in Oman to create GRN.
• Asking Stores to create invoice and arrange delivery.
• Following up for customer outstanding.
• Sending invoices to customer once delivery is done
• Forecasting sales invoice on monthly basis
