GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Contracts Administrator is responsible for coordinating & maintaining contracts & corresponding documents on site during company project life cycle. JOB DESCRPTION: • Support the head office management team in day to day duties throughout the project lifecycle from inception to completion including • Experience in consultancy/construction firm would be advantageous • Development and maintaining a record of controlled documents on distribution. • Maintenance of computerized databases. • Recording of incoming / outgoing correspondence and design documentation. • Use of databases to find design drawings. • Produce requests for design drawings and monitor receipt of drawings. • Control of drawings: checking in, quality check, transfers and return to client. • Return of all design hand-back documentation to client. • Production of Issue sets of design. • Carry out quality checks of drawings produced. • Create and maintain Project Document Control Files. • Creation and management of trackers / registers for design deliverables • Provide support to the bid management team • Responsible for managing office/project archiving (Gulf Warehousing) • Produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required • Provide assistance to users in capturing and locating electronic information • Verify retention requirements; arrange hard copies filing and long-term storage or disposal documents at time of closeout. • Technical project background and knowledge including familiarity with engineering documents such as reports, datasheets, lists and drawings • Ability to follow systems, procedures and work flow processes and contribute to their improvement OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Broad understanding of the capabilities of all relevant technological applications relative to Industrial Construction. Broad understanding in contractual documentation and regulations. Sound technical writing skills. Thorough understanding of contracts and procurement processes relative to Industrial Construction Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software operation. Fluency in English + basic Arabic knowledge will be an asset. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Experience of web based collaboration tools would be an advantage • A competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel software. • An aptitude for using computer based system and techniques. • Manage regular audits on corporate projects/documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted, received and recorded. • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work closely with team members located in different offices along with a good standard of English for written communications • Self-motivated, willing to learn and flexible • Excellent communication skills • Experience of working within multicultural teams • Experienced of working in the Middle East PLEASE SAHRE YOUR CV THROUGH WHATSAPP!
