We are urgently in need of Accounts Assistant cum Coordinator. Candidate should able to do & meet the following:: RESPONSIBILITIES: *Provide support to Asst. Manager & HOD; *Act as coordinators /Document Controller *Create and update expense reports (e. g. Petty Cash); *Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies; *Maintain digital and physical financial records; *Enter financial transactions into internal databases; *Maintain digital and physical financial records; REQUIRMENTS & SKILLS: *Hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP software *Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures *Work experience as an Accounting Assistant is advantage *Organization skills *Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information At minimum 3 years experience Education: Dimploma or Degree Holder Gender: Male applicant Please send your CV in both OLX chat and Whatsapp (View phone number) .
