We a leading company with branches in Sharqiya, Muscat, Batinah and Dhofar, require an IT support specialist who is ready to relocate to any of our sites whenever required to. Job Specific Responsibilities: • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords. • Able to create hotspot for internet sharing. • Able to handle Router OS firewall rules. • Must have Network Maintenance experience. • Must have administration skills. Requirements: • BSc degree or diploma in computer science, IT, Electronics, Computer engineering or any equivalent degree. • A technical associate/undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred. • 3-5 years in field and relevant related IT functional areas Essential Skills: • Proven working experience in providing help desk support • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills • Customer service orientation • Ability to work under pressure. • Team management skills. • Ability to diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated skills • Application software and operating systems • Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software an
