Description

a) To provide the highest customer satisfaction levels to all customers. Answer telephone calls and direct calls to the concerned team or department to ensure that customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner b) To provide the best options, best price and value added services. Inform customers of essential travel information, such as travel time, passport / visa requirements, health and insurance requirements, check-in arrangements and baggage allowance c) 100 % error free transactions. Make airline ticket reservations and issue tickets to clients in accordance with the company policy, taking into consideration the clients requirements d) Report travel documents before close of the day with payment details. Handle customer orders and payments in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business e) Organize displays of promotional material in a manner that would appeal to a wide range of clients f) Undertake general office administration and update fares on the system as and when this is necessary Job Type: Full-time Salary: RO 300.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): • Position is open to Females Experience: • Travel industry: 1 years (Required) Language: • English & Arabic (Required)
