Job Description:- 1. Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy for Multiple Cagegories products. 2. Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content. 3. develop digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. 4. Analyze website data and customer feedback to optimize the customer experience and increase sales. 5. Manage relationships with IT and electronic brand partners and negotiate product pricing and promotions. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce and IT and electronics industries. 7. Manage the e-commerce team, including hiring, training, and performance management. 8. Ensure the e-commerce website is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions. 9. Work with the customer service team to ensure customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. 10. Collaborate with other departments, including inventory, logistics, and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce business. Skills 1. E-commerce expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices. Experience in managing an e-commerce website, and familiarity with website analytics and tracking tools. 2. Marketing and sales skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, such as email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO). Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, and the ability to analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. 3. E-Commerce industry expertise: Strong understanding of the Electrical, electronic, consumer trends, and preferences and the ability to identify new market opportunities. 4. Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Communication and leadership: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead a team, collaborate with other departments, and build strong relationships with external partners. 6. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze data and identify trends to optimize website performance and improve the customer experience. 7. Customer focus: Strong customer service orientation and a deep understanding of the customer journey. Ability to think from the customer's perspective and develop customer-centric solutions to enhance the customer experience. 8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, consumer preferences, and technology trends. Willingness to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 2. Experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the multiple product groups. 3. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Experience managing a team. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and software, such as Shopify or Magento etc. 8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 9. Ability to work independently and make decisions based on data and customer feedback. 10. Passion for the Ecommerce industry and an understanding of consumer trends and preferences.
