NEED ONE OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF Job Description: - Managing delivery schedule of goods. - Organizing, sorting and filing documents - Assisting other staff with documentation works - Stock checking and verifcation of goods - Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed - Assisting accounts department with preparing Invoices and ensure timely submission. - Handling customer service calls. Requirements: - Education: Diploma/Bachelors in any field - Freshers can apply - Computer skills required : familiar with Microsoft Office Tools - Oman issued driving license (not compulsary) - Languages known: English, Hindi, Arabic Salary package: 140 R. O. basic + 60 R. O. house allowance per month Location: Ghala, Sultanate of Oman
