Job Description: Our team is hiring a marketing assistant to keep our organization running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects for key stakeholders and maintaining excellent communication. Responsibilities: 1. Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects. 2. Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders. 3. Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department. 4. Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load. 5. Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team. 6. Conduct research for key marketing campaigns. Requirements: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience. BA/BS is a plus but is not required. 2. Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines. 3. Clear copywriting and editing skills. 4. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
