Job Summary:

We are seeking a Juice Maker to join our team. As a Juice Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and other healthy beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the juicing station is clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and other healthy beverages according to customer orders
Clean, peel, and chop fruits and vegetables as needed
Ensure that the juicing station is clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, cups, lids, and straws
Operate and maintain juicing equipment and machines
Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions about the ingredients and nutritional value of the juices and smoothies
Promote our products and services to customers
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
Keep accurate records of inventory and sales
Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, preferably in a juice bar or café
Knowledge of different types of fruits and vegetables and their nutritional benefits
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
