Description

We are seeking an IT professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our online store and maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. You should have experience with WordPress and general networking, including VPN and Windows Server.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain ecommerce websites and applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Manage product listings on various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, to increase visibility and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and make data-driven decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ecommerce initiatives with broader business goals.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to improve user experience and drive conversions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ecommerce and website performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce and digital marketing trends and share best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation and records related to ecommerce and website activities.
• Use WordPress to manage and maintain the company's website and ensure its integration with ecommerce platforms.
• Utilize general networking skills and experience with VPN and Windows Server to manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce web development.
• Strong proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience using Amazon Seller Dashboard and other ecommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in using WordPress to manage and maintain websites, as well as experience with related plugins and tools.
• Experience with general networking and use of VPN and Windows Server for managing network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
