Position: HR Recruitment Specialist Location: Muscat Employment Type: Full-time Nationality: Indian Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process. Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for successful candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using our applicant tracking system. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually enhance recruitment strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR or talent acquisition role. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build professional relationships. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection. Fluency in English and Hindi Muscat.
