Description

We are looking for experienced barbers/Stylists with SPA experiance (Massage, morocan bath/hammam, FootSPA MnP) to join our partnership program. As a partner, you get full access to private barber rooms and earn up to 40% of what you make as a barber. We are seeking candidates that are in-country and are able to transfer their visa or nearing the end of their current employment contract. We want people who are motivated and performance driven. We are looking for hygiene, quality, and highly skilled with emphasis on customer service and client Candidates need to fit the following criteria: - Can prove he can generate sales in excess of OMR 1000/month - Has a strong customer base that can he is confident they can transfer with him - Currently working in Oman and have the ability to transfer sponsorship or is near the end of current employment contract - Send your CV/Resume along with a cover letter describing why we should select you and a full body picture All requirements are to be sent by WhatsApp Benefits: - Leading male barber & spa brand in Muscat; with high footfall to make new clients - No salary. The partnership program is based on a 40/60 split based on your monthly sales. Target must be achieved as part of the contract. Otherwise, we reserve the right to advertise the room to someone else. - Security Deposit is required as buy into the program.
