Wellness Center in Muscat Looking for Beuity Therapist KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform assigned duties as per SOP standards • Perform the consultation if required and fill in the health assessment file for each client • Perform treatments as per the protocols using techniques as trained • Recommend adequate therapy and other skin care programs based on clients’ needs and concerns • Set up work area; carry out checks ensuring that rooms and equipment are clean, safe, and hygienic • Supply your work space with all working tools, accessories necessary for each appointment of the day • Speak to the guest with respect at all time • Suggest additional therapies or services that might be beneficial to the guest • Promote CRYO treatments and products to enquiring guests • Present a warm, personable & professional appearance at all times • Perform other assigned duties when requested by Management • Actively participate in learning and development initiatives to deliver higher levels of service • Participate in new product or machine demo and extend the knowledge to the colleagues • Support by assisting with on-the-job training and orientation of new team members/trainees • Direct communication with manager ensuring information on customer complaints or SOP breach • Helps the management ensure that CRYO SOP’s are adhered to whether it be the completion of the health questionnaire, maintenance of client’s treatment records or dealing with customer’s complaints • To oversee the booking of treatments and ensure that treatments are allocated to each therapist and that the staffing roaster is geared up at all time making sure that treatments will be carried out smoothly REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: • DHA Eligibility or professional license • Diploma in beauty, physiotherapy, nursing or other similar diploma • Previous practical experience in profession (min. 1 year) • Good communication in English; Arabic as an advantage • Strong sales and customer service capabilities • Flexible to work in shifts (mornings, mid-day, evenings) • Knowledge about BABOR or cryotherapy products as an advantage ORGANIZATIONAL RELATION: • Directly reports to Branch Manager Send your CV to contact : (View phone number)
