We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase conversions, and support our overall marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling email content, manage email lists, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Create and execute email campaigns, including designing email templates, writing compelling copy, and optimizing for deliverability and engagement. Manage and segment email lists based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior, and engagement levels. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics that align with our brand guidelines. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Implement email automation workflows, including triggered emails and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer engagement. Continuously optimize email content, subject lines, and sender details to improve email deliverability and engagement.
