Ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, flexible with hours, and possesses strong communication, teamwork, and math skills. Job Duties: Manage company records (physical & digital): documentation flow, organizing, updating, and filing documents, data entry, backups, legal records, and vehicle records. Coordinate deliveries: schedule drivers, plan routes, manage staff, troubleshoot emergencies. Basic accounting: process payments, prepare invoices, resolve errors, manage budget, perform bookkeeping. Office inventory & maintenance: stock management, inventory reports, policies, repairs, maintenance tracking, supervise housekeeping, ensure compliance. Purchasing: research suppliers, evaluate products, maintain relationships, issue purchase orders, negotiate contracts. Receptionist duties & correspondence: greet visitors, handle calls and emails, support managers, assist with paperwork, format information, resolve office issues, manage calendar, arrange travel, distribute mail. HR/culture management/policy management: assist in recruitment and onboarding, plan activities and events, represent the company, coordinate supplies, train and support staff, administer payroll, resolve complaints, communicate information, prepare reports, schedule meetings, distribute company materials. Skills, Qualifications, and Characteristics: Degree or higher education. Excellent numerical ability. Attention to detail. Strong relationship building and communication skills. Energetic and entrepreneurial mindset. Problem-solving ability. Fluency in English. Positive and growth-oriented mindset. Preferred GCC driving license.
