Role The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling messages and calls, responding to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and other online platforms, posting on our socials and promote our tourism packages. Responsibilities Managing client inquiries through calls, messages, and online advertisements. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners. Assisting in the development and execution of public relations campaigns. Coordinating with different departments to ensure client satisfaction. Representing the company in a professional manner at all times. Negotiating with clients and partners when necessary. Qualifications Omani Nationality. (Females ONLY) Proven experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry IS A MUST. Excellent command of both English and Arabic. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German or Russian, is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines. Exceptional customer service skills. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Oman's culture, history, and tourist attractions. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Tourism Management, or a related field. Application We highly value the experience and skills necessary for this role.
