As the Head Barista at our high-end cafe in Muscat, Oman, you will play a pivotal role in crafting extraordinary coffee experiences for our valued customers. Your expertise in coffee preparation, leadership skills, and dedication to exceptional customer service will be instrumental in maintaining our cafe's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the cafe's coffee operations, ensuring the highest quality beverages are consistently served. Train, mentor, and guide the barista team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the cafe's ambiance. Craft a wide range of coffee and tea beverages with precision and artistry, catering to the diverse preferences of our clientele. Maintain the cafe's reputation for excellence in beverage preparation, presentation, and overall cleanliness. Work closely with the management to curate new and innovative coffee offerings and seasonal drink menus. Manage inventory, place orders for coffee-related supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first approach. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Barista in a GCC country, with a proven track record of excellence. A deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, latte artistry, and an extensive knowledge of various coffee beans and blends. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the barista team to achieve peak performance. Impeccable customer service skills, providing a warm and inviting experience for all cafe patrons.
