Haffaf Muscat is on the lookout for a talented Full-Time Email Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our team. About Us: Haffaf Muscat is Oman’s leading Signage Company in the Signs market. We design, print, manufacture and install a wide range of high-quality signage. Our philosophy is simple; quality at competitive prices and above all, personal, friendly, and professional. Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Conceptualize, execute, and refine impactful email marketing campaigns aimed at client engagement and retention. Craft captivating email content and designs aligned with our brand identity to resonate with our target audience. Manage email lists, and segmentations, and ensure optimal deliverability for maximum campaign effectiveness. Analyze campaign metrics and draw actionable insights to enhance future campaigns. Administrative Tasks: Utilize Tally Prime accounting software to create accurate quotations, and maintain organized client records. Proactively follow up with clients, ensuring timely payments and addressing inquiries. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team, and assist with various administrative duties. Streamline workflow processes to ensure efficient communication and operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record in crafting and executing successful email marketing campaigns. Familiarity with Tally Prime accounting software for generating quotations and managing client. Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Creative flair for designing engaging email content. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills. Prior experience in industrial & Commercial Printing, Advertising Signages is advantageous.
