UPVC Doors & Windows company is looking for hard-working candidates to join our team! We're a growing company with a family atmosphere, and we're looking for employees who want to have a big impact. Designation: Windows and Doors Sales officer, representative & Business Advisor. Responsibilities: Responsibilities of this position include scheduling and time management for field visits. Identifying the builders and architects to visit and contact is the responsibility of the sales representative. He is also responsible for visiting and contacting personal and corporate projects in both private and governmental areas. The sales representative must be a product expert and should provide customers with both product knowledge and job site assistance. 1. Propose customer solutions that meet their designs and needs. 2. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of UPVC Doors & Windows services, pricing, promotions, and discounts. 3. Identify leads, manage prospects, maintain good follow-up practices, and acquire new business. 4. Meet or exceed the business sales goals for the position. 5. Complete scheduled and “cold call” prospecting activities to establish first appointments. 6. Prepare and deliver quoting for projects with frequent follow-ups a week the key decisionmakers. The expected number of quotations is 2-3 per day, a 40% conversion to agreements. 7. Develop and maintain awareness of the market trends in your territory and respond accordingly. 8. Regularly meet with the workshop manager to review weekly activities and review the plan for the upcoming weeks. 9. Other Duties as assigned. Expectations: “Outside sales reps need to diligently record their interactions with potential customers and manage their pipeline. ” 1. Meet with 4-8 contacts in person/phone daily. a. Keep a log of notes and photos of the job site. b. Follow up with all new contacts, at minimum, 3 times in person. c. Keep a log of notes about the conversation or message for reference. 2. Keep an organized calendar and to-do, revise this weekly (or daily) as needed with the Workshop Manager 3. Meet with Workshop Manager once a week to review the schedule for that week and next week. Revise the plans as required to suit the business needs. 4. Create a list weekly of potential lead ideas to pursue in addition to incoming leads. 5. Follow up with any lead requested at the request of owner or management – to include install contact if needed in a pinch – or to do any other job requested like delivering a door or making the first contact for service. 6. Finish the year strong in sales by being aggressive and working the training program to its fullest potential. 7. Make contact and follow up with any potential projects that may include windows & doors. 8. The workshop is available for you to support your clients. If you are properly servicing your clients, they will visit the showroom and then naturally place their final order with you. If a client visits the workshop showroom and orders windows through another sale representative, you will not earn a commission on this sale. 9.
