Hiring Job Title: OFFICE BOY CUM CLEANER Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience. Education: +2 or any other basic relevant qualification Job Type: Full Time. Job Location: Sultanate of Oman Job Responsibilities -Clean the office, Toilets, kitchen, outside premises, and any other related areas on daily basis. -Regularly sweep and mop the floors. -Maintain the cleanliness of the office premises always. -Do the deep cleaning of all the areas once in a week as scheduled. -Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material. -Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office such as checking the cartridge of the printers/ scanners, and filling the papers in the printer tray. -Support the visitors on their entry to the office, make them comfortable in the meeting room, and provide water or tea as required -Coordinating the maintenance people as and when any repair or maintenance arises in the office. -Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms daily, -Clean the windows and doors as scheduled. -Move outside the office for any kind of task as and when required. -Assist with the office tasks required by the office staff. -Do the filing of the papers/documents as advised. -Visit the Sanad office / Airport or any other assigned trip from time to time as and when required by the management. -Handling the inward couriers/documents to the concerned staff. -Serve Tea and Coffee as and when required or requested. -Any other duties as and when required and directed by the management.
