Procurement: 1. Register potential suppliers' for construction materials 2. Reviews purchase requirements raised 3. Prepares a comparative statement for received quotations 4. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing 5. Process & updates Quotations, LPOs, Delivery Notes, Invoices 6. Tracks and Maintain the delivery of the orders are on time 7. Updates records of purchases, and pricing 8. Assist in the development of Procurement procedures Material Coordination 1. Coordinates with projects teams for the proposal of new materials, possible solutions, reusability, and implementation on current and future projects 2. Ensures assets purchased are recorded in the inventory 3. Monitors inventories and material transfers between Site stores & Camps 4. Coordinates with logistics for storage & delivery of materials for sites 5. Maintain updated information of current and incoming materials in inventory Supplier Management 1. Establishes robust relationship with existing & new suppliers 2. Creates & updates local Vendor details 3. Assist in resolving vendor queries for payments Reports 1. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, Delivery timing, etc.
