Post Date:- 11/09/2023 Hiring !!! Job Title: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE (HOTEL) Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in a Hotel in the similar position. (Front desk Executive). Education:-Graduate in any stream Location:- Sultanate Of Oman (Muscat) Job Role -The front office executive will be responsible for providing all guests with accurate and in-depth information upon their request: good knowledge services, prices, special promotional offers, etc. Job Responsibilities -Greet and welcome guests as they come and go. -Answer all the queries directly and over the telephone. -Check the front areas are neat and clean with the lobby common wash room etc. -Liaise with the housekeeping staff to make sure the front area and the guest room is clean. -Interact with the guests in a professional and pleasant manner. -Provide the guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding areas and the -local attractions. -Issue the keys and advise the bellboy to coordinate. -Operate a computer system to verify the guest-s reservation and do the recording of the same. -Assign the rooms to the guest and inform any special offered by the hotel. -Handle queries and complaints from the guests. -Ensure that the proper identification was taken from the guests on their entry into the hotel. -Verify that each guest were satisfied with the rooms and other services. -Coordinate on the large booking of the group clients. -Reserve the meeting rooms for the corporate clients based on the booking request. -Listen to the guest-s questions and answer promptly with full information. -Organize transport service based on the guest-s request. -Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate. -Receive the message and pass it to the concerned receiver. -Receive packages, delivery, and letters. -Record guest comments and suggestions. -Check and sort the emails on a frequent basis. -Maintain the log book for the visitor. -Perform bookkeeping at the front desk. -Resolve service-related issues. -Settle the bill of the guests and make sure the guest is satisfied while leaving the front office.
