Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Description:**

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- **Supervising Staff:** Manage and lead a team of warehouse workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock levels.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure that all products are stored and handled properly to maintain quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to prevent damage or discrepancies.

- **Order Fulfillment:** Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

- **Reporting:** Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and other key performance indicators. Provide regular updates to management.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in warehouse operations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
