Established Restaurant in al Khoudh looking for an experienced Waiter

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
Ensure the accuracy of orders and address any issues or concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and cleaning up
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, restaurant, and specials
Collaborate with other team members for smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements:

- Experience is mandatory
_ excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to drive sales is required



Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail in order taking and food serving
Knowledge of food and beverages
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
