We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Restaurant Front Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with various front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers warmly and efficiently
Take accurate orders and provide detailed menu recommendations
Process payments promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking tables, clearing dishes, and wiping down surfaces
Assist with various front-of-house tasks, such as preparing reservations, handling cash and credit card transactions, and answering customer inquiries
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience
Collaborate with other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Nepali, Filipino, Srilankan, and Indian females are encouraged to apply.
