Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing employee benefits administration, maintaining human resources information systems, governing labor and employment laws, and managing human resources activities such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.


Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience
Experience in benefits administration
Experience in HR management
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of labor and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in Oman's labor market, certification in human resources, and knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
