Description

• As a Social Media Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness. Creating compelling and engaging content, filming daily procedures and activities in the showroom.
• Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Threads and TikTok.
• Create and execute social media plan to align with overall business and marketing objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and timely presence on social media platforms.
• Foster and maintain active and positive engagement with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and industry developments and incorporate them into our strategies as appropriate.
• Cultivate a strong and loyal online community around our brand, proactively addressing concerns and feedback from our followers.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Provide weekly reports on marketing and business development activations.
• To report on time to the shift and be flexible to move to another area if needed. Shall be flexible to change duty timing as per the operational requirements.

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
• Minimum 3 year of experience in social media/marketing or similar role
• Proficiency in using social media management tools
• Creativity and a strong eye for visual design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends and platforms
• Knowledge of industry-related legal and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must possess skills to maintain proper therapeutic relationship
• Confident and competent to attend all the cases
• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and put people at ease
