Description

Do the tele calling to the clients and introduce our services such as Recruitment and Manpower Supply for the assigned companies which are in IMS.
Explain to the client in detail on our Recruitment and Manpower services.
If any potential clients are identified for the recruitment then pass the message to the Sales Supervisor.
If any clients are identified for Manpower outsourcing services then it has to be addressed to Operations immediately.
After the call is disconnected with the client then enter all the details in the sales application on IMS.
Send an introductory email to the client which is a standard format which is through IMS.
If any clients request for a meeting on the recruitment part then invite them to our office . If they are not able to reach our office then encourage them for a Zoom Meeting. Meeting will be confirmed by the operations Manager.
Organize and schedule the meeting with the clients. (Physical / Zoom) in line with the discussion with the Operations Manager.
Once the schedule is confirmed with the client (For Manpower services or Recruitment) on the date and time then forward the schedule to the Operations.
Make the follow up calls in case any of the calls were not attended by the client.
Other duties as and when assigned in the Client Relationship Area
Meet the targeted calls per day which is 150 calls.

Education
High School Diploma
Fresher or Minimum Experience (Omani Female Only)
This will be under Ministry of Labour OJT program.
