Description

Our company seeks a Pasta Maker & Burger Maker to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining par-levels;
Responsible for creating different kinds of pasta and burgers according to Maialino Mare recipes and standards;
Consistently checks the pasta products and adjusts methods to achieve high-quality pasta;
Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area.
Requirements:

Ability to operate equipment such as a commercial mixer and pasta machine;
High school diploma or equivalent or culinary degree preferred;
1+ year of experience as a cook or chef preferred;
Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting;
Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred;
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends.
