Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who is of Omani nationality to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about travel and tourism, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages, creating customized itineraries, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Recommend travel destinations, packages, and services based on client preferences and budget.
Prepare and present customized travel itineraries that meet or exceed client expectations.
Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel destinations, and product offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create memorable experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation: Commission-based compensation structure.
