Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Welders to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures according to project specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements.Select appropriate welding techniques, equipment, and materials for each project.Set up welding equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated and maintained.Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.Perform welding repairs as needed.Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.Requirements:Proven experience as a Welder or similar role in the construction industry.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.Ability to operate welding equipment safely and accurately.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in welding (preferred).Valid welding certifications
