Taking orders accurately and promptly, using a POS (Point of Sale) system if applicable.
Transmitting orders to the kitchen staff and ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated.
Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Handling payments, processing credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
