Description

We are looking for a motivated and highly technical Computer Technician for Computer store to manage, monitor, and repair computer systems, and ensure that systems are configured correctly and are running efficiently. Duties for the Computer Technician will include installing software patches, diagnosing, and repairing problems.
Requirements:
Languages: English,Arabic
- Analyzing computer hardware problems, rectifying them, servicing and replacing parts when necessary.
- Installing software, demonstrating its usage, and troubleshooting when users are faced with problems
- Chip-level repairing experience for all types of MacBooks and Laptops.
- Chip-level Repairing laptops & computers.
- Checking Computers/Laptop hardware (HDD, RAM, Camera, mouse's, keyboards etc. ) to ensure functionality.
- Ability to remove white spots and pressure point dots from LED screens and LCD monitors.
- Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
- know how to use voltage to detect troubleshot.
- Hands-on experience in soldering the PCB (printed circuit board).
- Hand on experience in a component level replacement after diagnoses the issue.
- Asset maintenance and management.
- Write detailed functional specifications that document the hardware development process and support hardware introduction.

-Prior customer service experience in a technical role.

- 5+ years experience in Laptop Motherboards(windows & MacBook)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Note: Salary will be decided after the interview based on skills and experience.
