Description

We are hiring:

1. *Store Manager*:
- Responsible for overall store operations and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and expenses effectively.
- Lead and motivate the store team to ensure high productivity and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. *Assistant Store Manager*:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
- Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise store staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

3. *Department Manager* (e. g. , Grocery, Electronics, Clothing):
- Oversee the specific department's operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize department performance and meet sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise department associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions about product assortment and promotions.

4. *Sales Associate*:
*Salesman - Food Area (Frozen, Fruits and Vegetables, Chiller & Beverage)*:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting products and answering inquiries about the Frozen, Fruits and Vegetables, Chiller & Beverage sections.
- Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and display of products to maintain freshness and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, track expiration dates, and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Recommend complementary products and upsell promotions to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food area, including product displays and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company

*Salesman - Non-Food Area (Laundry & Cleaning Materials, Disposables, Cosmetics, Diapers)*:

- Assist customers in finding products and providing information about Laundry & Cleaning Materials, Disposables, Cosmetics, and Diapers.
- Ensure proper stocking and arrangement of products to maximize visibility and accessibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Offer product recommendations and upsell promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and i

5. *Stock Clerk*:
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise shipments.
- Stock shelves and displays according to store layout and merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure efficient product replenishment and availability.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including handling and disposing of packaging materials properly.

6- Hot Food and Bakery Specialist:
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, and orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain product quality.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions.


8- Cleaning Staff:
-Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other public areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas and supply closets.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies regarding cleaning procedures.
