Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Lavora Clinic in Muscat. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service to patients. The Receptionist will also handle clerical tasks and ensure effective communication within the clinic.


Qualifications

Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in receptionist duties and clerical tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and friendly demeanor
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
