Lead and supervise a team of workers including fabricators, welders, machine operators, and administrative staff - Oversee production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines and production targets - Handle production processes, - Handle the procurement and delivery of the raw materials for the production process - Oversee the entire production of the unit and maintenance of the equipment on time - Find out the new clients in the market and do the sales, Do the market visits to understand the client's requirement and connect with the potential clients. Payment follows ups if required, managing a team of people.
