Excellent knowledge of travel software ( Galileo, Saber, Amadeus and reservation systems.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to resolve issues.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field.
