Description

We're searching for a friendly dental receptionist to ensure that dental patients' appointments are properly scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled based on their needs. Can communicate well both in English and Arabic.
The dental receptionist's duties include:
* Entering patient information into our computer system.
* Answering patients' inquiries.
* Coordinating referrals to other dental professionals.
You should be able to generate billing statements as well.
You must be able to manage and maintain patient waiting spaces and front-desk areas to be successful as a dental receptionist. Finally, a top-performing dental receptionist will do all jobs so that the dental practice runs smoothly.
