**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Present company capabilities, services, and portfolio to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable collaborations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand the company's presence.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in business development within the gypsum and interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of design trends, materials, and project management processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Existing network within the industry is a plus.

**Compensation:**
