We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables.
Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and attentive service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and poise.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
