We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and take our kitchen to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
Develop and design creative and innovative menus that showcase Continental and Mexican cuisine.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
Stay updated with culinary trends and integrate them into the menu.
Control food costs and minimize waste while maximizing efficiency and productivity.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
Expertise in both Continental and Mexican cuisines.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
