* Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Positive and friendly
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
