Position Summary

The Architect is responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural plans for construction projects. They work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design standards, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project coordination.
Review and approve construction documents and shop drawings.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.
Adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
Manage project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Professional licensure as an architect.
Strong design skills and knowledge of architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  
Experience in the construction industry preferred.
