Job Description: HSE Advisor
Position Summary

The HSE Advisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environment (HSE) of all employees and visitors on the construction site. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and mitigate potential hazards, promote a safe working environment, and comply with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Provide HSE training and education to employees.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with emergency services and first responders.
Prepare and submit HSE reports to management.
Assist in the development of emergency response plans.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the construction industry preferred.
