Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of a retail shop with 3 branches. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of accounting, including inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting for multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily sales transactions, expenses, and inventory across all branches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.
Handle payroll, invoices, and vendor payments in a timely manner.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to reconcile inventory.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on profitability and cost control.
Prepare tax returns, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and liaise with auditors.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities for all branches.
Assist in managing cash flow and financial planning for business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or a multi-branch environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage financial operations across multiple branches.

Preferred:

Knowledge of local tax regulations and retail accounting practices.
Experience with inventory management systems.
