Location:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as broken screens, damaged batteries, and faulty buttons.
- Replace essential parts like screens, cameras, and batteries.
- Update and install operating systems and applications.
- Fix network and connectivity issues.
- Recover deleted or lost data.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues including processors and memory.
- Install and update operating systems and software.
- Repair and maintain motherboards.
- Provide regular and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in mobile phone repair.
- In-depth knowledge of various operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Diagnostic skills using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with customers to provide explanations and technical advice.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

**Qualifications:**
- Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Hardware Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least two years of practical experience in mobile phone repair.

**Skills:**
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and quickly.
- Familiarity with modern technologies and advancements in the field of electronics and devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical skills in device repair and maintenance.
