Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Oman branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and accounting in the logistics, NVOCC, or freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions and financial reports
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage payroll processes
Handle budgeting, cash flow analysis, and audits
Comply with financial regulations and tax laws applicable in Oman
Assist in financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely data

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience (experience in NVOCC & Freight Forwarding preferred)
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
