Position: Hot Chicken Chef
Responsibilities:
1. Culinary Artistry:
o Prepare and cook a variety of hot chicken dishes, including classics like samosas and mandazi (East African fried doughnuts), as well as Indian sweets. All Indian breakfast food. for mass production.
o Showcase creativity by experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation.
2. Recipe Mastery:
o Be the guardian of secret spice blends and family recipes.
o Execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistent quality.
3. Menu Development:
o Collaborate with the head chef to create a tantalizing menu that celebrates hot chicken delights.

o Introduce seasonal specials and fusion twists.
4. Kitchen Leadership:
o Lead by example—inspire the kitchen team with your passion and expertise.
o Delegate tasks efficiently and maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
5. Quality Control:
o Taste, taste, taste! Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.
o Monitor portion sizes, plating, and overall presentation.
6. Hygiene and Safety:
o Maintain impeccable cleanliness in your workspace.
o Follow food safety guidelines religiously.
7. English Communication:
o Fluent English is a must. Communicate effectively with the team and front-of-house staff.
8. Age and Availability:
o Age range: 20-35 years.

9. Accommodation:

10. Compensation:
o Monthly salary: OMR 190 to OMR 210 .
