We are a reputable immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing our clients with personalized and efficient immigration services. We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Documentation and Customer Controller , who should know to speak in English and Hindi.

Job Summary:
The Documentation and Customer Care Controller will play a key role in supporting our clients throughout their immigration process. This individual will be responsible for assisting clients in completing their documentation, providing guidance on the immigration process, and offering exceptional customer service during office visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing immigration-related documentation, ensuring all required forms are properly filled out and submitted on time.
• Provide clear and accurate guidance to clients regarding their immigration process, answering any questions they may have.
• Manage and organize client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Greet and meet with clients in the office to discuss their process and provide updates on the status of their cases.
• Liaise with the internal team to ensure smooth communication between departments and timely updates for clients.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients visiting the office.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
• Keep up-to-date with immigration policies and procedures to offer accurate advice to clients.
